Cilicia A beautiful and prosperous port city that serves more ships daily than the next ten competitors combined do in a week - most naval expeditions of any variety set out from Cilicia. Large portions of the city center and noble quarters house the enormous quantity of displaced nobility and royalty from across Elibe, but most of the sprawling city is a mix of refugees and businessmen, pickpockets and families trying to make a place for themselves. |
